Social distancing is important and we have found care alternatives to keep you connected. TeleHealth – some patient visits can be done through video chat. All you need is a phone with camera capabilities, tablet or computer with a microphone and camera. In Car Care – our nurses and providers can meet with you from your car if needed vitals or other hands-on care is required. Phone consultations – some issues can be managed over the phone and our PAL desk is ready to take your call to consult with you on your situation. On-Call Care – As always our providers are on call for urgent issues that come up after hours. Our normal physician on call service remains as always with calls taken for urgent healthcare needs during non-office hours. If you feel you may be sick with the Coronavirus, please call the office prior to arriving and let them know your concerns. You will receive instructions on what next steps are at that time.
